A bowl packed with nutrients for a good start into the day

Eine Schüssel voll mit Nährstoffen für einen guten Start in den Tag

Today I made a simple version of my power muesli with fresh redcurrant from the garden. It is easy and fast to make and powers you up for a wonderful day :)

Heute habe ich eine einfach Version meines power Müslis mit frischen roten Johannisbeeren (Ribiseln) aus dem Garten gemacht. Es ist sehr einfach und schnell zu machen und bringt Energie für einen wunderschönen Tag :)

Ingredients:	Zutaten:
Redcurrant (fresh from the garden)	Rote Johannisbeeren (frisch vom Garten)
Strawberries	Erdbeeren
Cranberries	Moosbeeren
Oat flakes	Haferflocken
Linseed	Leinsamen
Chia seeds	Chia Samen
Sunflower seeds	Sonnenblumenkerne
Walnuts	Walnüsse
Ricemilk	Reismilch

wow thanks for your wonderful comment :) you are so right about what you are saying ;) I hope that more and more people get this: that we have to live a more natural life and that many people are totally out of alignment and therefore feel shitty most of the time :/
