Seared Steak and Brussel Sprouts

Here I made myself a quick dish, it was nothing more than a thick piece of steak, roughly 8 ounces, and a bowl of fried cabbage with some teriyaki sauce and some sweet peppers. It was just a nice simple meal to get me through the day, nothing too special, but it was delicious!
