Cation is just terasi

Ingredients:

  • 1 Tie a large genjer - wash thoroughly and cut
  • 3-4 tablespoons
  • 1 tbsp teri Medan (optional)
  • 2 onions
  • 4 cloves of garlic - finely chopped
  • 2 large chilies
  • 2 small chilies
  • salt
  • 2 tablespoons of oil

How to make :

  • Coarse onion, large and small chili
  • After all is destroyed, enter the paste and mash it flat
  • Heat the cauldron and add the oil and saute the garlic until it starts to yellow and add the Medan anchovies - mix well
  • Add the ingredients that have been smooth and stir-fry until fragrant
  • Enter the ready genjer and salt, stir fry until the genjer is cooked
  • Ready to serve

Tips:

  • Terasi should be on ongeng so the scent of the paste comes out but with low heat and stirring constantly, keep it from burning
  • Teri Medan should be soaked first before cooking
  • All ingredients are mashed, don't blender because the results will be different
  • Chili can be added or reduced according to taste, sometimes I give extra that has not been cut if the seasoning is less spicy
  • This recipe can also make kale as a substitute for genjer ...
  • For those who are afraid of spicy and to reduce the spicy taste can be by adding 1 tomato, cut into small pieces and put in after the flavor starts to smell, add a little sugar too.
