Ingredients
- 250 gr wheat flour
- 125 gr mazeina
- 75 gr milk fullcream powder
- 200gr butter
- 50gr blueband
- 90gr of refined sugar

Substance
- 10 grams of pineapple dough ready to be rolled (before entering the refrigerator)
- 1sdt butter
- 3 egg yolks, shake it off
- Liquid milk to taste

How to make
- shake pake mixer until soft then enter 3 egg yolks
- enter one by one until blended. Turn off mixer
- then mix into the flour stir using a spatula until smooth.
- pack the dough with clingwrap put into the refrigerator for 30 minutes (the goal is to make the dough lbh easily formed)
- then after 30 minutes, print and shape according to taste
- bake 140 degrees for 20 minutes, then remove and smear .. then bake again for 10 minutes (until cooked)
