Pandan Sago Pastry

Ingredients:
- 560 grams of sago flour, roasted 10 minutes with low heat, weigh 520 grams
- 300 grams of margarine
- 200 grams of flour sugar

- 2 eggs

- 40 grams of corn
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 2 teaspoons of pandan paste
- 8 drops of green coloring
How to make:
Beat margarine, flour sugar and 40 seconds salt. Add eggs and liquid milk. Shake evenly. Add sago flour, cornstarch and baking powder while sifting and stirring evenly. Add pandan paste and green coloring. Stir well. Enter the dough in a plastic triangle that has been given a star shape syringe. Spray on a baking sheet that has been marinated with margarine. Oven with fire under a temperature of 130 degrees Celsius 35 minutes until cooked.
