Blackberries
One of the fruits I really like is blackberries. To me they have a great sour-sweet juicy taste and are a bit seedy, here are some facts I’ve learned on them:
They're loaded with vitamins
I’ve come to see and hear that blackberries have many vitamins including vitamin K, A, C, E, and even some B’s.
Blackberries have a lot of fiber
Blackberries are a great source of fiber which means it can fill you up and give you energy.
Blackberries help your immune system
Blackberries help your immune system because of the vitamin C inside them. This can avert colds and infections from the body.
Blackberries improve vision!
vitamin C is also the culprit behind this fact. Blackberries can boost your eyesight as well as prevent eye diseases and blindness.
Blackberries help bones and skin.
Blackberries contain calcium and yes, vitamin C which is good bones and helps keep them strong. Some of the vitamins in blackberries even help maintain healthy skin.
