Bananas can relieve the body of stress and anxiety by the vitamins, potassium, and other healthy matter found in bananas. ( including ones that help you sleep!)
Bananas come in different colors
You may usually see the classic yellow banana, Cavendish, (cavendish being the proper name for them) and they mainly do, but they also come red, and one type of banana, (according to the internet) is even blue. But this last one (named the blue java banana.) has my doubts because some say they start out blue and turn yellow when ripe and others say bananas are blue in blacklight but otherwise yellow. Though this supposedly ice-cream tasting banana has my doughts, I've tasted yellow and red before and they taste relatively the same. Sweet!
Bananas can fit as a quick hunger satisfyer
Due to the potassium, magnesium, and a little bit of fiber found in bananas, they are a food that can fill you up. So if your hungry and want something quick, eat a banana.

Bananas have strong antioxidants that have a powerful effect on the body. But this is good because antioxidants help the body greatly by protecting it and our cells from free radicals, which can give the body diseases and damage cells.
