How to prepare



Put all ingredients except salt and cheese in a paste, add water until you get a dough, cover and leave a quarter to twenty minutes.


Add the dry water with kneading in batches at first to make the dough dry and each time a little bit then add salt.

Make dough from the dough and sprinkle with a little flour, left to brew.


Place in the preheated breadcrumbs, leave to form bubbles and blow any rise then turn on the other side, add a little butter and then raise the flour.
