Material:
-1/2 kg of cassava, peeled, washed clean
-2 rounds of brown sugar, fine comb (sweet to taste)
-1/2 teaspoon salt
.
Sprinkled:
-Why grated, steamed with a little salt and pandan leaves
.
Way:
• Steamed cassava until soft, discard the middle fiber then puree
• Add brown sugar and salt, stir well
• Print according to taste
• Serve with a sprinkling of grated coconut
