there are some italian restaurant outside the country they really do a good job.
One of this is for sure where I went tonight, La Premiata Ditta in Berlin.
Here my 3 courses menu:
Tartara di carne salata con capperi e arancia su burrata
Beef tartare with capers and orange on burrata cheese
Capesante con pistacchio e cheaps di nero di seppia
Scallops with pistachios and cuttlefish chips
Fiori di zucca, ripieni di zucchina su terra di cioccolato e amaretto
Pumpkin flowers, stuffed with zucchini on chocolate and amaretto ground
Just a word: delicious!
