This is a Brazilian 🇧🇷 tradition: a sweet made out of pumpkin 🎃. You should really try it!
recipe - pumpkin sweet
4 cups pumpkin
1/2 cup sugar
Grated coconut 🥥
Cinnamon sticks
Put all in a pan and cook for about 15minutes or when the pumpkin ‘melts’. It is important not to cook it too much in order to keep the moisture.
Then you can put in the fridge and eat it cold.
Enjoy it!
