🍪 Tahini chocolate cookies {sugar free - gluten free} 10min recipe !🍪

These biscuits are sugar free, gluten free, take only 10 minutes to be ready and everybody can do it! They are very delicious, with wonderful aroma ! Cookies for a super energizer breakfast!! Just make sure you dont skip your protein source on your breakfast !

Ingredients

  • 120g tahini
  • 120g honey
  • 120g oatmeal
  • ground cinnamon
  • almonds, chopped( or any other types of nuts of your choice or vegan chocolate, chopped)

Method

  • mix all the ingredients in a bowl and stir until combined
  • put the mix in the freezer for 2-3 minutes and shape into small cookies
  • transfer cookies to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
  • bake at 180C (350) for 10 minutes exactly
  • allow to cool and serve with fruits, almond or coconut milk
