This Apple cake is easy to make and delicious.
When preparing the boiled grated apple, you can use 1/2 or 1 Cup of Sugar. I use 1/4 of Cup because we don't like too much sugared desserts.
Besides, the apples were sweet. Also you can fill with strawberries, pineapple, peach or the fruit you like the most.
The way to prepare is the same, just the fruits need to be cut in small cubes. The baking tray I use was 24x32Cm.
The first layer must be in the oven from 8 to 10 min. or less.Must not be done. just enough to put the layer of apples carefully. This is because you will put again in oven.
Ingredients:
4 Eggs.
1 Cup or 390gr of sugar.
1 Cup of Oil.
2 Cups or 280gr. Flour.
1 1/2 Cup of milk.
2 teaspoon or 12gr. of Baking powder.
1 teaspoon of Vanilla.
For filling:
1Kg. of apples.
1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg.
1 Stick of cinnamon.
1/4, 1/2 or 1 Cup of sugar (Depend of the apple if is sweet or not).
1/2 to 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder (Optional)

Estos pastelitos de manzana, son diferentes, fáciles de preparar y deliciosos, seguro que te encantaran. Al preparar la compota de manzana, puedes utilizar 1/2 o 1 Taza de Azúcar, yo use 1/4 de taza porque a mi familia no le gustan los postres con tanta azúcar, ademas las manzanas estaban dulces. También puedes rellenar con fresa o durazno o la fruta de tu preferencia, es el mismo procedimiento, solo que esas frutas deberás cortarlas en cubitos pequeńitos. El Molde que utilizo es de 24x32 Cm. La primer capa debe estar en el horno de 8 a 10 min o menos. ya que el pan no debe dorarse. Debe estar aun un poco crudo por que se meterá al horno nuevamente, es por eso que al poner las manzanas debemos hacerlo con cuidado.
Ingredientes:
4 Huevos.
1 Taza o 390gr de Azúcar.
1 Taza de Aceite.
2 Tazas o 280gr. de Harina.
1 1/2 Taza de Leche.
2 Cdtas. o 12gr. de Polvo para hornear.
1 Cdta. Vainilla.
Para el Relleno:
1Kg. de Manzana.
1/4 Cdta. de nuez moscada.
1 Trocito de canela.
1/4, 1/2 o 1 Taza de azúcar (Dependiendo de la manzana si es dulce o no).
1/2 a 1 Cdta de Canela en polvo (opcional).
