Papaya Sugared
Some green papayas serve for the eloboration of a delicious sweet. A few hours to the fire plus sugar and enjoy a delicious sweet dish.
Two or three kilos of papaya will be chopped into strips and a kilo of sugar plus two hours to the fire and you will get a rich sweet.
