Crock Pot Korean Beef Recipe
Ingredients:
500g Stewing steak or any cheap cuts of beef cut into small chunks
1 Beef stock cube
300ml Water
1 Onion chopped small
150g Baby corn
100g Mushrooms
3 Garlic cloves or garlic puree
4 Tablespoons soy sauce
2 Tablespoon brown sugar
1 Tablespoon sesame oil
1 Teaspoon chilli flakes
1 Teaspoon ginger powder
Extras:
Sesame seeds and spring onion to garnish
Cornflour to thicken
Method:
Put all the ingredients into the crock pot and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours. 30 mins before serving thicken up using the cornflour method if needed. Serve with rice and garnish with sesame seeds and spring onion.
