Although healthy ingredients are used in the food you order, the way in which these ingredients are prepared and cooked makes a significant difference.

Stay away from used dishes like creamy, fried or crispy. Prefer grilled, baked or sauteed dishes instead.

Outside dishes are often not enough in terms of fresh vegetables. The best method is to say vegetable garnish to make up half of your meal. Vegetables fried in a wok pan with little oil are a good choice.
