INGREDIENTES PARA HACER PANQUECAS:
1 taza de leche
1 y 1/2 taza de harina de trigo todo uso
1 huevo
1 cucharada de azúcar
1/2 cucharadita de sal
1 cucharadita de polvo de hornear o bicarbonato
1 cucharadita de mantequilla o aceite
Preparación de las panquecas:
1.Lo primero que debemos hacer es licuar todos los ingredientes.
2.Calienta el sartén antiadherente, sinó agregale un poco
de mantequilla o aceite con una servilleta espárcelo por todo el fondo.
3.Agrega un poco de mezcla al sartencon una espatula o con el dispensador de mezcla
4.Espera a que se dore por un lado y cuando esté listo lo volteas con cuidado con una espátula.
Y listo!
agrégale lo que mas te guste: mantequilla, mermelada, sirope del que quieras, o queso o jamón..
a mi particularmente me gustan dulces.. depende del gusto de cada quien.
