So here you go a super easy chocolate protein pancakes recipe! ➦
Products (for 9 pancakes):
✩ 30g protein powder (I used vanilla flavor Soy Protein Isolate)
✩ 30g coconut flour
✩ 2 eggs
✩ 200ml coconut milk
✩ 2 tsp. unsweetened cacao powder
✩ 0,5 tsp. baking powder
Preparation:
I think I don't have to explain it, you all know how it's done - just mix everything up and bake it in a pan with coconut oil! 👌
Macros:
All 9 pancakes have 420kcal, 45.9g protein, 18.2g carbs and 15.6g fat.
