Today was such a tense day π§ I forgot to set an alarm yesterday, therefore I overslept, so I had to rush everywhere and didn't have time to eat π I thought that it would be great to have a snack, which could fill me up!
I decided to my make own energy bars, so I would not make this mistake again π These snacks are soooo delicious, you must try it! π«
For 10 energy bars we need:
β 150g oats
β 150g dates
β 100g hazelnuts
β 50g coconut shaving
β15g unsweetened cacao powder
β 25g Soy Protein Isolate
β 150ml coconut/almond milk
Preparation:
β Toast oats in oven till it gets golden.
β Blend toasted oats, dates and hazelnuts together.
β Add coconut shavings and protein.
β Pour in coconut milk and mix it up.
β Put the dough into baking tray and press.
β
Leave it in a fridge for few hours.
Macros:
One energy bar contains 233kcal, 6.9g of protein, 26.4g of carbs, 10.8g of fat.
