It's been a while since my last post. Christmas madness, New Year and so on... you know 😄
But with New Year comes a New Beginning 🙌 And 2018 starts with Healthy Banana Bread recipe 🍌
For the dough (~8 portions) we need:
🔹4 bananas
🔹250g oat flour
🔹80g greek yogurt
🔹40g peanut butter
🔹50ml almond milk
🔹3 tbsp. maple syrup
🔹1 tsp. cinnamon
🔹1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation:
❶ Smash bananas with a fork (or blender)
❷ Add greek yogurt, peanut butter, pour in almond milk, mix everything up
❸ Pour in maple syrup
❹ Add flour, cinnamon and baking powder
❺ Grease bread loaf tin with coconut oil and pour in the dough
❻ Preheat an oven up to 180*C degrees and bake it for 45 minutes

🔸6.8g of protein
🔸34g of carbs
🔸5.2g of fat
