A quick breakfast idea for upcoming weekend - black smoothie bowl full of protein😊

For a medium bowl we need:

✔1 banana
✔150g greek yogurt
✔20g soy protein
✔40g frozen raspberries
✔1 tsp. activated charcoal

Macros:

Whole bowl contains 277kcal, 32.2g of protein, 33.7g of carbs and 3.8g of fat.
