Hey I started making this thing called Jun Tea.. it is similar to Kombucha as it forms a scoby and lives in tea and tannens and eats sugary things.. the difference is that Jun feeds on Honey, the result is a bubbly, honey tasty form that gives it the nickname the champagne of kombucha. The culture isn't the same as Kombucha..
To make it.. get a Jun culture.. this person is selling it but ask around in your neighborhood to see if anyone has got extra!! http://store.kombuchakamp.com/Jun-Culture.html
This is the recipe I use

Get it!!
Really healthy stuff. All sorts of health benefits.

I absolutely love it, I tried this kombucha recipe! at home and it was amazing.
Do you know any good ingredients can I add for flavoring? That's gonna be my next experiment.
