Hey guys! I really wanted to post this recipe because it's okay to have cheat day and because these are AWESOME!
We had a party a couple weeks back and these were a hit! The best part is that these are no bake and have only 3 ingredients. Try these out at your next gathering:
Ingredients:
- cream cheese
- oreos (or any sandwich cookie)
- semi-sweet chocolate chips
Crush up the oreos and mix with the cream cheese. Roll into balls and put in the freezer to allow them to firm up. Meanwhile, melt the semi-sweet chocolate. Take the balls out of the freezer and dip them in the melted chocolate. Put the dipped oreo truffles in the freezer to allow them to firm up again and enjoy :)
