Food carts, free food make a difference in Port Chester schools

A grab-and-go food cart was stationed in the front of Port Chester Middle School adorned with a variety of breakfast items, like yogurt, cereal bars, muffins, apples and milk and its all free. Free food for the win, Guaman said, as she picked up a parfait.
