Ingredient

2 Pomfret

1 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper

2 Teaspoons Ground Turmeric

4 Teaspoons Ginger Paste

4 Teaspoons Garlic Paste

2 Tablespoons Tamarind Pulp

1 Teaspoon Salt

2 Tablespoons All Purpose Flour

2 Tablespoons Canola Oil

Method:-
Clean the pomfrets. Every pomfret should yield around 5 pieces, troncon cut. Troncon is a kind of cut on the bone for level fish like pomfret. I got these cleaned and cut at the fish market.

Marinate with cayenne pepper, ground turmeric, ginger garlic paste, tamarind mash and salt for no less than 60 minutes.

Coat the fish with flour before searing. This will give the fish a fresh outside layer. I've utilized universally handy flour however semolina (rava) is better for that additional freshness.

Broil in canola oil in a non-stick container over medium warmth for around 10 minutes for each side.

Flip tenderly and modify the warmth as required.

Makes for a delicious appetizer. Best served hot.
