1 potato, bubbled

6-7 tsp green chutney

6 tsp tamarind chutney

3 tbsp onion, finely hacked

3 tbsp tomato, finely hacked

¼ tsp kashmiri stew powder

½ tsp broiled cumin powder

squeeze of chaat masala

squeeze of dark salt/salt

¼ container sev

1 tsp coriander leaves, finely hacked

Guidelines ( 1 container =255 ml)

Step1:- right off the bat, take puri and make an opening at the middle with the assistance of thumb.

Step2:- besides, stuff a tsp of boiled potato into each puris.

Step3:- likewise, include a tsp of green chutney into each puris.

Step4:- further, include a tsp more tamarind chutney.

Step5:- sprinkle and spread a liberal measure of finely cleaved onions over it.

Step6:- additionally sprinkle and spread finely slashed tomatoes over it.

Step7:- at that point sprinkle stew powder, broiled cumin powder, chaat masala.

Step8:- moreover, sprinkle dark salt or salt to taste.

Step9:- at that point sprinkle and spread modest bunch of thin sev.

Step10:- at last, top up with finely cut coriander leaves and serve instantly.
