Fresh young coconut ice cream

Material :

  • 100 ml of young coconut water
  • 1 liter of liquid milk or fresh milk
  • 2 tablespoons of meizena flour (melted)
  • 350 gr young coconut meat
  • 5 egg yolks (shaken until foamy)

How To Make Young Coconut Ice Cream:

  1. Boil young coconut water and liquid milk over medium heat, mix well
  2. Enter the melted meizena flour, stirring constantly until boiling
  3. Take 2 spoonfuls of vegetable mixture then mixed with beaten eggs
  4. Put the beaten eggs into a large amount of dough, stir well
  5. Turn off the fire and lift the ice cream dough, stirring until it does not exit the steam
  6. Enter the coconut meat into the dough, stirring until cool
  7. Insert it into the freezer until it is half frozen
  8. Remove from freezer and shake with medium speed mixer until smooth
  9. Insert again into the freezer until frozen
    young coconut ice cream is ready to be enjoyed
