Did you ever hear about acar mentimun?
I don't know what the name of it "Acar Mentimun" in English.
Oke, this food Made from cucumber or mentimun in bahasa. The procedure of it is:
Ingredient :
Chili
Cucumber
Lime
Onion
Tomatoes
Sugar
Salt
Procedure
- Slide the cucumber into pieces
- Slide onion, Chili and tomatoes
- Mix it with spoon, don't forget to put a little sugar and salt and also lime (little bit). You can look the picture
Lime is use to create acid and fresh. This menu suitable for dinner. Please try it and taste it. You can find something special feel on it. Sure.
Acar mentimun is the one of healthy food and good for your body especially of you are doing diet. Because cucumber include of high vitamin A and Nol cholesterol.
FYI Cucumber is a widely cultivated plant in the gourd family, Cucurbitaceae
