1 Cup of any milk of your choice
1 Banana
2 Dates (you can add more or add less)
1 Teaspoon of Chia seeds
2 Teaspoon of Peanut butter
Blend all in and ENJOY!
This smoothie is sweet and creamy, suits for a beginners
