looks good man. I was the first chief engineer at Boboli Pizza Bread in 1989 San Rafael Ca. Its a long story on that company, the cook at a local restaurant stole the recipe and sold it to general foods for $3Million. The owner sued and won some money back I dont know what the settlement was. I would load up the trunk of the car with Boboli that was not packaged correctly and give to the local homeless etc. We use to throw them like Frisbees. when I started working there the plant was putting out around 30k Boboli a day about 5 months later we got that up to 70k a day. It was a 20 hour a day 7 day a week Bakery.
