For the preparation of this spongy chocolate cake we will use as a filling the condensed milk mixed with the delicious grated coconut. It really is a real temptation for all sweet lovers. It is also an excellent option to get us out of trouble when we have some commitment in terms of celebration is concerned, as it is ideal to share at birthday parties or any special meeting, or simply satiate our cravings.

Ingredients:
-For the cake:
• 2 cups of wheat flour.
• 1 cup of sugar.
• 1 cup of milk
• 1 cup of chocolate powder.
• ½ cup of butter (at room temperature).
• 4 eggs.
• 1 tablespoon of baking powder.
-For the filling:
• 1 can of condensed milk.
• 1 cup of grated coconut.
• 1 tablespoon of butter (at room temperature).
-For coverage:
• ½ can of cream or cream.
• 200 grams of chocolate.
• Shredded coconut and chocolate chips.
Preparation process:
• Once we have all the ingredients together, we proceed to the preparation of the sponge cake, and for that we separate the whites from the yolks of the eggs and in a large container beat the whites until reaching the snow point.
• In another container add the butter, egg yolks, and sugar and beat quickly until a homogeneous mixture is obtained without lumps.

• While the cake is in the oven we begin to prepare its filling, and for that all the ingredients are added in a pot and placed over medium heat, beating constantly until it boils. Then it is turned off and left to cool.
• To prepare the cover, take a microwave-resistant container and let the chocolate melt with the cream for periods of 30 seconds, and beat each time it finishes, until it is completely melted. Or they can also do it in a water bath.
• Once the cake is ready, let it cool, and cut it in half to fill it.
• Once the filling has been placed, cover it with the remaining surface of the cake.
• To finish, bathe the cake with the melted chocolate, and add the chocolate chips and grated coconut. Then it is stored in the refrigerator until the moment of serving. And ready.
