Among its main ingredients we can take advantage of the great percentage of protein offered by salmon, combined with the essential oils that our body needs, which the avocado certainly gives us, and since we also need a little carbohydrates, we include bread. It is always advisable to balance our diet and vary each of our dishes, and thus meet a balanced nutrition. The idea is to get a little creative at the time of cooking, thus avoiding falling into boredom.
Below I show you each of the steps to prepare and taste this delicious and healthy hamburger:
Ingredients:
• ½ avocado.
• ½ lemon
• 1 tablespoon light cream cheese.
• 1 pinch of dill.
• 1 slice of smoked salmon.
• 2 slices of bread.
• Salt and pepper to taste.
• 1 pinch of sea salt.
Preparation process:
• Once you have all the ingredients together, proceed to chop the avocado in half, making small cuts, and then peel off its shell with the help of a spoon.
• In a container add the squares of avocado, with a little salt and pepper, with the juice of half a lemon to avoid oxidation of the avocado. And begin to grind until a paste is obtained, quite homogeneous.
• On one of the slices of bread spread a layer of cream cheese, adding a little dill.
• Spread the avocado cream on the other slice of bread, that is, one bread with avocado and the other with cream cheese.
• Place the salmon on the cream cheese bread, adding a little sea salt on top.
• Finally the other bread is placed and you are ready to enjoy.
