Egg-Mayo Sandwich

Well that's 4 pieces of Eggg-mayo Sandwiches prepared by my girl.

We were hungry when we came back from work. So she prepared it herself in the kitchen within 5-10 mins.

Yeah it was stuffed with chopped onions as well. It was delicious and had a smooth flavour to it..and the egg was soft as well. The egg was battered with boiled potatoes and mayo and the chopped onions..and it made a great filling. The bread was roasted and the edges chopped away. It was soft, creamy and yeah oviously yummy 😊
