One of the tastiest of Thai foods!

Culinary delight is what you will find when trying to decide which plate of Thai food you would like to order and eat. A classic dish that is loved by Thais and foreigners alike is stir fried pork with holy basil or known in Thai as pad kra pao moo. It is a jolt to your taste buds and when prepared authentically it is spicy be default, which is fantastic.

Has anybody tried this before?

              Looks divine. Much better than the minced pork version.
              If anyone is looking for the recipe I think it's just Onions, garlic, green chilli's, pork fried then fish sauce and oyster sauce with a bit of sugar and finally the holy basil leaves. I've tried it before but with coriander as I couldn't get holy basil leaves.
