Well, well, well!
Hello šŸ˜Š
I am so happy to share with you two of my recipes. I made up one sweet and one salty dish.

Firstly letā€™s talk about salty one.

This is my healthy chicken burger! šŸ˜
Itā€™s so creamy and itā€™s full of proteins.
Burger waa made out od minced chicken, and i made the buns out of oat flour, spinach, broccoli and egg whites.

What do you think? Doesnā€™t it look yummy?

The filling is made od cheese snd light crwamy cheese spread!
The dish was so tasty! šŸ˜

The sweet healthy dish i made you could eat maybe for breakfast or dinner. Itā€™s chia choco peanut puddung!

Donā€™t know if you tried it before but if you prepare it the right way it could be delicious!
I used chia seeds, choco peanut protein milk, whey, and skyr yoghut. I put inside little bit of peanut butter, and on the top i melted dark
Chocolate.
It was so yummy, and it had me full for 6 hours and one training in gym.
