My Fresh cheese recipe - Queijo fresco

Yesterday I made a post saying that I would share my journey in weight loss.
This morning I weighed myself down and the number on the scale frightened me: 84,300kg😲😲😲😲😲
Today to start, at breakfast I ate a cereals bread with fresh cheese and a cafe au lait.

I will give you the recipe of fresh cheese that is great for those who are on a diet or not.

FOR 1 CHEESE
.1l of fresh milk (I use low fat milk)
.liquid rennet

.Heat the milk to 37 °,
.Put the rennet (follow the instructions of the quantity) and stir ,
.wait about 30/35 minutes
.put in a cheese recipient and drain the liquid
.rest for 1/2 days in the fridge .
After that time put on a plate and serve

It's just milk.. and like all the things you need to eat the right portion

I like the cheese spread on the bread. Looks so yummy
