In the lead -up to National Green Juice Day more challenges to keep your food very clean.Greens such as kale,spinach and romaine are very important for salad and green juice , greens are rich in antioxidants ,vitamins and nutrients so changing up the greens will supply your body with different nutrients.

5 greens you can add to your 3 meals because they have more benefits you can prepare them in a genius way :

Cilantro

Cilantro is rich in vitamin K and calcium ,we love it in juices smoothies.

Watercress

It is rich in protein,potassium and handful of vitamins like C,E and K you can prepare it in salad .

Swiss chard

You need a day only one cup of Swiss Chars because one cup of contains three times of vitamin K , you can also add hard leaves to you sandwich .

Mint

it is rich in carotenes and vitamin C which is necessary for heart health you can drink cup of fresh mint leaves with hot water as a very sweety afternoon tea .
