Miyabi Knives

in food •  5 years ago

These Miyabi micro carbide stainless steel knives were made in Japan.

They have a raindrop Damascus pattern in the steel and unique wood handles.

They are razor sharp and can cut tomatoes out of the air, slicing them perfectly without bruising the fruit.

These are some of the coolest knives I've ever cooked with.
