If you've ever been to the Chino Farm stand, you know what they grow lives up to the reputation that Wolfgang Puck and Alice Waters (song with a legion of SD chefs) helped build. This is excellent. Thought it would be too undressed, but carrot purée, romaine lettuce purée (with creme fraiche), and dehydrated beet "soil" makes it incredible.
