In our house each year has its best new meal: best new cake, salad, entry, stake...This year brought my family new favorite cookies, made with olive oil from Greece. This oil rulezzzz!
For the pastry I took: 2 cups of spelta flour, 2 cups of buckwheat flour, one cup of ray flour, salt, one cup of olive oil. And then, I just add water as much as it is needed to get it feel like ok-now-I-can- do-shapes!
It is so easy and so tasty. I bake them on 150 degrees owen (but I wait until it gets hot enough and then I put it in). Just do not overbake them, they get too hard.
So, if you ever get your hands on some good olive oil, try it! It is so easy to make and kids love them.
Even if you put some other flour, it will be tasty. Play with it, put some sesame or pumpkin seed or poppy seed...play play play!

U našoj kući, svaku godinu obeleži neko jelo. Nekada je to salata, nekada torta, neki aperitiv, rolat a ove godine tos u bili slani kolačići sa maslinovim uljem koje smo dovukli iz Grčke. Ovo ulje je zakon!!! Pakovano u plastične boce od litar i po, od neke njihove vode. Kupljeno od porodice koja kaže da se time bavi. I da se ne bave oni, ulje je bolje i jeftinije od bilo kojeg koje se može ovde naći za iste te pare. Miriše na sunce.
U testo sam stavila po dve šoljice speltinog, heljdinog i raženog brašna, so i jednu šoljicu maslinovog ulja. Zatim sam dodavala vodu onoliko koliko je bilo potrebno da se dobije testo zgodno za oblikovanje.
Rernu sam dobro zagrejala na 150 stepeni i onda pekla. Svaka rerna je za sebe, pa ne bih davala neko određeno trajanje. Svakako ih ne treba prepeći, ond su tvrđi.
Dakle, ako dograbite neko dobro maslinovo ulje, probajte! Igrajte se sa sastavom, stavite neko drugo brašno, pospite golicom, susamom, makom.
Jednostavno je, ukusno i zdravo, a deca ih obožavaju!
