Many people are gluten free for a variety of reasons. A minute portion are celiac, most feel sensitive to gluten, and of course there are always the ones that jump on the new bandwagon.
Yesterday, I prepared two very easy gluten free meals for my in laws. I made tuna fish casserole with white albacore tuna fish along with gluten free pasta noodles. I also made spaghetti with grass fed hamburger.
The secret to preparing the best gluten free pasta is boiling the pasta a little longer with organic olive oil and rinse very well.
