Composition:
1. Carrots - 4 pieces (medium size)
2. Cheese (cream sausage) - 70 gr.
3. Corn (canned) - 3-4 tbsp
4. The herbs (parsley, young onions, dill) - to taste.
5. Mayonnaise - 1 tbsp
1. Carrots wash and boil until tender. Remove carrot skin and cut into cubes (5x5 mm).
2. Cheese to grate on a coarse grater. You should put cheese in the freezer to make it easier to grind. Optional sausage cheese can be replaced by any other, but it is important that the cheese was soft.
3. In a bowl, combine the cheese and corn. Then add the carrots and stir. Greens finely chop, add to salad.
4. Season with mayonnaise and leave for an hour in the fridge, so salad became juicier.
