SOUP WITH BROCCOLI AND EGG.

 Composition:
Broccoli - 200 gr.
Potatoes – 3 PCs.
Egg – 2 PCs.
Sour cream – 2 tbsp
Onion – 1 PC.
Garlic – 1 clove
Salt, black pepper – to taste.
Khmeli-suneli.

Method of preparation:
1. Potatoes chopped and cut into small cubes, add to boiling water. Cook soup until cooked potatoes.



2. Onion peeled, cut into half rings, garlic peel, crush with a knife, chop. Fry the onions and garlic in vegetable oil until Golden brown, add the roast to the soup.



3. 10 minutes until cooked soup add broccoli, disassembled into florets. The soup and season with salt and pepper, add hops-suneli.



4. Beat eggs with sour cream until smooth. Soup off and immediately pour the mixture in a thin stream stirring constantly.



5. Let the soup to infuse for 5 minutes. The dish is ready.
