My favorite recipe for Donuts

Is a kind of light candy that can be fried with vegetable oil, or can be placed in the oven, the shape of the donuts are circular, and are decorated from outside several types of different sauces, or sugar and cinnamon are placed to get different flavors of Donuts.

Ingredients :

1- Two and a half cups of white flour.
2- Three tablespoons of sugar.
3- 60 g of butter.
4- Three quarters of a cup of warm liquid milk (milk should not be too hot or cold to give the yeast effect).
5- One teaspoon of yeast.
6- Spoon of baking powder.
7- A tablespoon of vanilla.
8- A teaspoon of salt.
9- One egg.
10- Vegetable oil for frying donuts.

How to prepare :

  • Place all ingredients in a deep bowl (flour, sugar, butter, warm milk, yeast, baking powder, vanilla, salt and egg). Mix all ingredients well and knead for 10 minutes until a solid paste is obtained.
  • Leave the dough to rest for a full hour in a warm place.
  • Spread the dough on a clean surface with the flour, so that the paste does not stick.
  • Donuts are cut using a large circular cutter, and a small cutter is used to make a small hole in the center of the dough.
  • Donuts are placed on a tray that is sprinkled with flour, and left to rest again for half an hour (this stage is important and necessary for the donuts to succeed).
  • Donuts can be placed in hot oil with stirring until golden. Donuts can be placed in a tray greased with a little vegetable oil and enter into the oven at medium temperature, stirring until golden.

Donuts decorating ideas :

  • Decorate donuts with liquid chocolate such as nautilus and nuts.
  • Place a little sugar, crushed and mixed with cinnamon.
