INGREDIENTS
For Hot-Shots:
Boneless chicken Half KG
salt 1/2 tablespoon
black pepper 1 teaspoon
mustard powder 1 teaspoon
paprika powder 1 teaspoon
vinegar 1 tablespoon
chili garlic sauce 2 tablespoon
Mix all the ingredients and marinade for 1 hour!
For Batter:
Flour/Maida- 4 tablespoon
corn flour 4 tablespoon
salt 1 tablespoon
baking powder 1 tablespoon
white pepper 1 teaspoon
paprika powder 1 teaspoon
chili sauce 2 tablespoon
chilled milk – to make a smooth batter
For Coating:
1 Cup Flour/Maida
1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
For Rice
2 Cups Rice – Soaked & Drained
3 tzblespoon Oil
4-3 whole cloves/Loong
Salt 2 tablespoon
Garam Masala powder 1 tablespoon
Green chilies – 3, 4 chopped
Yellow color few drops
