Whenever I eat fish, I fry it but lately I preferred having it grilled because it requires less oil to cook.
I bought Rahu fish from market, washed it and sliced it a bit.
After that, marinate it with spices according to your need
The longer you let it remain in marinated state, the more it is going to taste more delicious. If not half day then let it remain for few hours atleast
I put just a little bit of olive on it and placed it in over at medium heat
It was ready almost after 15 minutes
