Recipe for cooking cherry pilaf , a tasty and healthy food

A few nights ago, I made cherry rice for dinner and it tasted so good that I decided to share photos of the cooking process with you.
I rarely make this dish because it needs fresh cherries
But I have kept some cherries in the freezer so that I can use them whenever I want
This dish is cooked with both chicken and red meat
I cooked it with turkey
We always cook turkey, chicken or red meat
And for the rice, as shown in the photo, I mixed it with cooked cherries
First, the cherries should be cooked with a little sugar and water, and after it is ready, mix it with half-cooked rice and let it infuse.
This food is very tasty
At this stage, the cherries are cooked and softened with a few spoons of sugar and half a glass of water.
Pink Rice is beautiful
I added the water in which the cherries were cooked to the rice while it was being cooked, so that the taste of the rice would be better and the rice would take on the color of the cherries. As a result, we will serve pink rice and it is very beautiful.
A simple and healthy salad

I usually make a salad at night with the meal because our dinner is more important, of course, this is a mistake because the dinner should be light.
