One of the best things about baking is that you can give away your creations and make other people feel happy – which in turn puts a smile on your face. It's a win-win!! I know from experience how helpful baking can be. Just remember that you don't have to be a master chef to get the most out of baking. It's all about finding an outlet to let go of stress.
