Daily Eating Blog #Day 9

Wasn’t feeling my best today, I had to go to work and I was feeling stressed about driving as we’d had very low temperatures and a little snow so everywhere was frozen. I didn’t feel like eating but I forced myself as I know I need to.

Breakfast : Black coffee, porridge made with water and raisins and a rehydration

After work I went to the gym.

Snack : Banana

Lunch : scrambled eggs

Dinner : sausage, mash and beans

Forgot to take a picture as I have been babysitting my granddaughter

Drinks : Water, fruit tea, Pepsi max and 2 bottles of Budweiser

Evening snack: cheese and pickled onions
