How To Cook Marrow Porridge

Hi steemian, how are you today ? Now, I want to post about how to cook marrow porridge(bubur sumsum). This food comes from Indonesia.

Material :

  1. 250 grams of rice flour

  2. 900 ml of coconut milk

  3. 1/2 teaspoon of salt

  4. Brown sugar

  5. 100 ml of water

  6. 2 pandan leaves

How to cook :

  1. Add rice flour, coconut milk and salt then stir until the rice flour dissolves does not swell.

  2. Boil ingredients that have been mixed until thickened

  3. Then to make a splash of brown sugar, cut into small pieces of brown sugar mixed with water and pandan leaves, cook until the brown sugar dissolves

  4. And brown sugar marrow porridge is ready to be served
